Leap into the Arts

Beginning in 2007, we formed the Leap into the Arts board to promote music, voice, and dance as a showcase and fund-raiser for Choir, Ballet, and Orchestra. The program has blossomed into a Gala Event for the three disciplines and has proved to be very successful, despite the poor economy.

This year, South Shore Dance will join the Southlake Children's Choir as the main participants. Wolffgang, South Shore Youth Orchestra, and Indiana Youth Ballet will also participate.

“Leap” will provide much needed funds for these outstanding organizations. In the last two years, we have given over $30,000 to our participants. All the money generated is shared between the performing organizations. Only the bare essentials are taken out for legitimate expenses.
