Thank you for the Music

South Shore Youth Orchestra provides a high quality, educational ensemble experience for young instrumental musicians throughout the South Shore Region. We accomplish this by introducing members to a wide variety of music in an interactive, engaging rehearsal setting and through concert performances at a variety of venues. The ages of the children range from 8 to 17.

There are three orchestras in our organization:
Petite for the youngsters

Intermezzo for intermediate musicians.

Venti for the more advanced.
